project title : Whole House Refurbishment
Project - This project entailed both internal and external works to complete the refurbishment of this detached property.
The works entailed structural alterations, roofing, all 2nd fix trades, bathrooms, wet rooms, new staircases, flooring and the project management incorporating other specialist trades.
celler conversion
Project - Celler conversion incorporating utility room, study, wine celler, store, stair replacement, new access via study to outside, full tanking/ floor replacement. Conversion of bedroom to bespoke en-suite bathroom. General refurbishment and decoration of other rooms in property.
This project provides a true representation of what can be acheived with the involvement of the contactor at the pre contract/design stage.
The client on this project had recently purchased an 1850`s property which in the generally maintained its grand style an charachter details, but like many properties had not been maintained very well and the work that had been carried out was not sympathetic.
The initial brief was to convert the celler rooms to a habitable standard with a view to maybe looking at other areas within the property that required attention.
Having this period of consultation prior to starting the work proved to be invaluable as suggestions that we had put forward with regards to levels of finish, structural alterations, and certain wow factor items, changed a celler conversion to a stunning new area of the property, which then set the benchmark for the remainder of the house.
Bathroom replacement & external upgrade
Project - window, door and roofline replacement. Replacement bathroom.
group repair / grant refurbishment
Project - Group repair and individual grant refurbishment-Incorporating, new roofs, brickwork rebuild, new doors and windows, cleaning, decoration, new boundary walls and gates. Complete internal fefurbishment including floors, walls, plaster, rewire. heating,kitchens ,bathrooms, etc.
